PDF document freezing up while saving it to computer

Hello,

Some of my users are having some freezing issues while trying to save PDF documents from email and other sources to their computers. Issue occurs either I try to download before hand or directly save it. It freezes up and do not respond for couple minutes before it gives you an error message to kill the session or to continue to wait.

I performed a clean installation of Adobe several times and pushed all the updates related to Adobe and Windows.To test the PDF failure via email, I tried Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. I followed some of the recommendations on the website where it recommended to reduce files or turn OFF Quick access>Recent files. That fixed the issue temporarely but it came back. I also tried to uncheck option on  Adobe>Preferences>Signatures>Verification>Verify signatures when the document is opened.

Issue is happening to several users. Please Help.Thanks
