PDF Doesnt Load Properly

Hi All,

 

My laptop has updated to Adobe Acrobat DC with the new 2024 AI assistant. 

 

However when opening any PDF that is locally saved on my computer or email account, i get a grey screen on some pages, almost like its trying to download. This happens on PDF's that are purely text and only a few pages long. Any tips?

Its a work account so im not the system administrator. 

 

I think the version number is: 24.2.20759.0

We recently released an update for the app. Try updating your app on the machine and re-launch it. Let us know if it works.

If it doesn't, let us know precisely what you are trying to do and what is happening. A screenshot or screen recording would be highly helpful in understanding your workflow and issues at your end.
