PDF Drawing files getting hang while opening

we are using Adobe Acrobat DC. when the user try to open any Drawing file the documents getting hang.

@Biju2348670635y9 - can you give more information about what you're experiencing?

 

Like:

1) What operating system you're on and what version of the OS you're using (e.g. Windows 32bit or Mac etc.)

2) What version of Adobe are you using? Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro?

3) How are the PDF files created? As in what software or program?  (E.g AutoCAD etc.)

4) Is the issue happening to anyone or any computer that tries to open the files? Or does it only happen on one computer?

 

The above information will help with getting you a possible answer. 🙂

Hi,
I am having same issue. I am using latest adobe reader and Pdf was created from Autocad. Although i am using a laptop with quite good specification which are as follows;

Core i7 - 6600U @ 2.6GHz

24GB DDR4 Ram

1TB SSD

2GB NVidea Graphics and 64 bit operating system.

Can you please suggest some solution?
