Hello togehter,
I have PDF documents with 100+ pages.
When I export to .doc or .docx there are always missing pages (empty, blank, white).
It is different in each export which pages are missing, but it is never complete.
Any ideas, thanks.
Markus

We are sorry to hear that.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Pro 2020 you are using? To check the version, go to help > About Acrobat and ensure you have the recent version, 20.05.30418, and reboot the computer once.
Also, what is the workflow/steps you are doing to export the PDF? Please try to export the PDF online via document cloud https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/pdf-to-word and see if that works fine.
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
Regards
Amal

Hello Amal,
thanks for your reply, yes I installed the last version 20.05.30418.
With the Adobe support (India) we found a way to export first as ".ps" than recreate the PDF with this ".ps" file then export to ".docx". Yes now we have all pages but now some or a lot of pages are corrupted.
The PDF is OK but after export to ".docx" or ".doc" produces a lot of garbage.
See at the end. This is all frustrating after hours of work :-).
Regards,
Markus
