PDF File Won't Upload

Hello! I can't figure out how to reach Adobe, but I pay $60+ a month to use Adobe Acrobat Pro, and the one time I go to use it to convert my resume from a PDF to a Word document I get this error message: 

"xxxresume.pdf failed to be exported because storage limit was exceeded" 

But I've never used this so I'm not sure how it's exceeded. 

Any ideas on how to resolve? or how to get ahold of Adobe for help?

Hi there 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

I have checked your Adobe account and found that you have recently purchased the Creative Cloud Pro plan with 2 TB of cloud storage about a day ago. Please logout of the application, reboot the computer once and re-login with your Adobe credentials and see if that helps.
