Hi everybody, I have some PDF files in my Adobe Cloud. On windows in Acrobat Pro there is everything normal when I open up a file to edit. Also if I open the file direkt in the adobe cloud just for show the pdf file. If I use my iPhone or iPad with the adobe app, I could see the small thumbnail of the pdf file correctly in my adobe cloud file location.
But if I open up a file to edit, it only shows me white pages. But all functions are available it seems just an display problem. Maybe it's important that I have compressed all the pdf files via the adobe pro bulk function in windows and therefor I remember that I have choose some kind of compatible with adobe 11 and newer settings.

As mentioned, the PDF was compressed. This might be one of the reasons for the issue on your end. Did you try uploading an original file on Adobe Cloud and editing that one? If not, please try.
Ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. However, it can be a file-specific issue if it happens with a particular file.
Please let us know if you get any error messages or if the file appears blank. If possible, could you share the file with us so we can replicate the behavior?
