Hello everyone.

I have a huge issue with a PDF document that a coworker created by saving it from Microsoft Word 2016 Mac's "Save to PDF". He sent me this screenshot that He was opening in his PC:

It happens immediately when He opens the file.

Then, this happens:

In the red "circle" is where a text is supposed to be. But this is happening in his PC and the customer's PC, I have three Windows PC that opened the file correctly, two iMac that can open it correctly, even under Android and iOS. I tried updating Windows in his PC, deleting some programs that could possibly affect the fonts, like CorelDraw, Xara, etc. And still no luck. I tried emulating a Windows 10 Home computer within mine (since I had Windows 10 Pro, I believed that probably the Windows edition installed in his PC could have relation), and still looks good. I have not installed the font in my PC, He doesn't either. So, the problem remains in his PC and the same problem there is also (probably) in the customer's PC.

I also tried to create the document from the scratch and exporting it as PDF, and again: it looks good in my computers, and the problem still happening in his PC.

Can anybody tell me what could cause this?

Thank you

In Acrobat, can you open the properties (Ctrl+D or Cmd+D) and check which fonts are embedded.

Please include screenshot.
