Hi,
I converted a PDF to a form within Acrobat DC. But now I have several group of check boxes instead of radio buttons.
Is there an option to change these groups instead of recreating them?
Thanks!

No, a form field type can't be changed, only by deleting the old field and creating a new one in its place.
But check-boxes and radio-buttons are extremely similar. The only major difference is that you can't "un-select" a value in a radio-button group, unless you reset it. Is that really worth all of this trouble?

I discoverd this script: http://khkonsulting.com/2014/07/convert-radio-button-groups-checkbox-groups-pdf-forms/?adbid=5292265...
Maybe I can do something with it to reduce "handwork" ...

The script at that link is exactly the process described by try67. The script gets all the relevant info about the radio buttons, deletes them, and then creates new checkboxes based on the info.
Just switch the "radiobutton" and "checkbox" field types in the code.

I got an error message. But the script was still a great help! And, hey, you, too! 😉
