pdf icon missing on email attachments

Hallo,pdf attachment on macbook Mail, appears as a general blank sheet and there's no pdf icon.

Any idea on how to solve this issue? I have latest Ventura update and app update

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration you must be feeling regarding the issue with Apple and case number FB11787697. I understand how important it is to have these bugs fixed promptly, and it's sad to hear that Apple has declined to address it in a minor release.

While we at Adobe don't have control over Apple's decision to delay the fix until the next major version of macOS. I would request you follow up with Apple and see if that helps.
