Hello,
I'm having an issue with an image not appearing on a PDF when I upload it into Microsoft programs such as SharePoint or Teams.
I created this PDF in Adobe Acrobat by using the "edit" feature on a previous version of the PDF. The new version included text changes and replacing an image.
The PDF displays correctly if I download it from our Microsoft SharePoint library and view it in Adobe Acrobat or Mac's Preview application. The PDF also displays correctly on SharePoint when I hover the mouse over the file and it shows a PDF preview (but then I click on the file and the image disappears).
I've attached 2 screenshots showing the image that is missing and what it should look like.
Any thoughts on how I can solve this problem?
Thank you!
Emma

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
As the image is being displayed correctly in Acrobat/Reader application, it seems to be an issue with the Microsoft. There isn't much that we can do in this case.
Additional information, please check out the similar discussion that i have found on MS support page https://adobe.ly/3VXLH2y and see if that works.

I'm having this exact problem. I export from Illustrator or Indesign to PDF. It renders fine on my computer, but when uploaded to Sharepoint, some images do not appear in the document when viewed within SharePoint. If I download the file, the images are there, but not when viewed in SharePoint.
This just started happening last week.

I had this exact issue yesterday. One photo was not showing up online but if you downloaded it was there. Other images were not having issues, just the one we had replaced on the cover. Only way I was able to resolve, was delete the photo/frame and readd a new one.
