PDF Input text going small

This form is working fine on my PC, but when other people use it and try fill in the inputs (see above on Date of Birth and Nationality rows), when they hit enter the text goes really small.

Text is set to 'Auto' size, Multi-line and scroll long are both unchecked.

This type of behavior is entirely dependent on the PDF viewer that is used to fill the form. Most browser and mobile viewers are not compliant with the PDF Specification, so unfortunately this sort of thing is expected. 

Do you know the viewer that is being used?

They would have been using Chrome or Acrobat.

If they were using Acrobat there wouldn't be an issue. So Chrome is probably the problem.
