PDF Letter size

How can I keep my PDF from turning sideways when saving it or opening. Once I open I have to use counter clockwise to keep it straight. I need to be able to save it as letter size without it turning sideways. I need to have a document signed but once I open it, its sideways.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Also, make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20169 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also try to rotate the page orientation as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/manipulating-deleting-renumbering-pdf-pages.html and see if that works.
