I used Adobe to make and edit PDF's all the time  Its always flawless for me.

But I can't get my reseume (personal info purposely redacted) made in Word for Mac to print properly to my HP printer.  The PDF looks perfect on screen but when I print, the document is mixed up - like the elements have moved to different places or resized, and many of the elements are missing.  Here is a screen shot of the PDF that looks perfect to get an idea of the nature of the elemnts in the design.  Also attached the actual PDF file.

@curtis_9835 Are your printing from a Word to PDF to the printer or Word to the printer?

If if its Word to PDF,  make sure in the Word Preferences that the fonts are embedded in your PDF.

Check to make sure you have the latest driver, update and firmware for your printer on your MAC. It sounds like you had no problem in the past, so you just need to update your printer to Acrobat

Have you tried to create your CV in InDesign or even Illustrator?

My experiences with trying to use Word as a Page Layout application has never had a happy ending. Writing letters, sure, but Page Layout? Never.

I know that doesn't answer your question, but when working with computers, I've found that it's often better to get the job done than to try to get the job done the way you think it should be done.
