New Here ,
Jan 14, 2019 Jan 14, 2019

Hi everyone,

My customer meets a problem to convert a doc file when he converts it to pdf using the right-click menu of Windows.

The conversion works but it stops in the middle  to tell us conversion is not possible.

My customer has Acrobat Pro DC v15.0

OS Windows 10 Pro

I already started the repair app but not working again.

Hi Christophec,

We apologize for the delay in response to you r query. Hoeing that latest patch of Acrobat DC should have resolved this issue and now you are able to complete the conversion without any trouble?

If not, then you may refer to the following steps, and let us know how it goes-

1- As you are a subscriber of Acrobat DC: Adobe Acrobat official update (19.010.20098) containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

Or refer to the release notes: DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

2- If right click "Convert to pdf" still doesn't work, then use Acrobat ribbon available at the top of the MS Office and create PDF.

3- Check the option given to create pdf using Adobe PDF printer (Print to "Adobe PDF")/ Or open Acrobat and use "Create PDF" feature.

See if there is any progress or you still get the same message.

Thanks,

Akanchha
