PDF Markierungen auf mehreren Geräten. Geht das?

New Here ,
Oct 23, 2024 Oct 23, 2024

Hallo,

Hello,

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

Please try the following steps and let us know how it goes:

  1. Ensure Both Devices Use Adobe Acrobat: Make sure you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader on both your tablet and PC. This ensures compatibility and proper syncing of annotations.
  2. Save Annotations Properly: When you make annotations on your tablet, ensure you save the PDF file properly before closing it. This can help in embedding the annotations into the PDF file.
  3. Accessing OneDrive Files: Adobe Acrobat integrates seamlessly with OneDrive, allowing you to open, edit, and save PDFs directly from your OneDrive storage. Ensure you're using Adobe Acrobat on both your tablet and PC for consistent annotation handling. Help article: https://adobe.ly/4hblhls
  4. Integration Configuration: Review your OneDrive integration settings within Adobe Acrobat to ensure they're configured correctly. Proper integration facilitates seamless access and saving of files. Help article: https://adobe.ly/40yLgOk
  5. Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 24.005.20320. Planned update, Dec 10, 2024. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/4ha6SpB.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
