PDF NOT OPENING

i have a paid acrobat reader version, however it doesn't open a pdf file. Instead I got a page asking me to download an acrobat reader.

Acrobat Reader is free so no paid version. Do you mean Acrobat Pro?

It would help if you provide a screenshot of what the app is showing, when yout're trying to open a PDF.

This is the page to _download_ the free Reader. You have to download it and install it before you can open your PDFs.
