Pdf preview changed

My computer did an update and it changed the way my preview pane in file explorer viewed secured pdf's. It use to have a black box at the top that had a message signaling that it was secure. Now it has a black box at the bottom with extra buttons. I have to now open the PDF just to see if it is secured. Our IT guys have reinstalled Adobe 2020 but I am not sure if I had Reader or not. Please help.
