I have an Excel 2010 workbook that contains 7 separate sheets. I have set up a visual basic macro to print all of the sheets in group mode and restart the page numbering for each tab. It works great when I print the hard copy, but when I print it to our CutePDF to create the pdf file, I am getting prompted to save each sheet as a separate file. Is there any way to make the Acrobat print driver create just one file instead of seven separate ones? Thanks for the help!!!

Use the Acrobat PDFMaker that is installed with Adobe Acrobat instead of printing to PDF, either with the Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver instance or some other third party product. PDFMaker supports a single PDF from multiple sheets of a single spreadsheet.

Hi again Dov,
Since you were so helpful with my earlier question, Please take a look at an old case that is still open since August 21017. The text of the case is as follows: Any help you could give us would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
Side by Side Comparisons without callouts
Some of our users used to get side by side comparisons that they
didn't have to "mouse over" .to view. They would prefer it if
they could just have 2 pdf files displayed side by side showing deleted text
struck through and other changes indicated in a side by side comparison without
callouts. It sounds like the change occurred when they went to Acrobat
Pro 11. Thanks for the help!
Have a great afternoon!!!

Note that PDFMaker for Microsoft Office applications is part of Acrobat Standard and Acrobat Pro. If you already either Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro installed on your system, PDFMaker should already be available in your Office applications.

I'm not sure what I have to ask IT to do so I can see if I can run PDF Maker to see if I can get it to print just one PDF file instead of prompting me to save each Tab of the Excel file as a separate PDF Sorry to take so much of your time with this question, but I'll get there eventually!
Thanks again for your help!!!
