PDF Rotating Adobe Acrobat DC

PDF's keep rotating even after I have saved them, for no apparent reason. Also when I send PDF's, when the recipient opens them, they are not rotated correctly. I have to send some large PDF's to the court soon, so this is less than ideal. I have spent hours watching videos trying to solve this, but so far nothing works.

Hope you are doing well, and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing? A small video recording of the same would be beneficial.

What is the version of the Acrobat Pro and the OS you are using? To check the version, go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.06.20360 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC as described here: https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204012  and try using the application there and check.
