Recenctly I can no longer see all content in pdf's I receive from one source. I've tried disabling security and that still doesn't work. Need help to resolve this issue please.

Currently, we do not have a fixed release date for the update, as the issue is still under investigation. To expedite the resolution process, could you please share a sample PDF file that exhibits the issue? Unfortunately, we have been unable to reproduce the problem on our end, and having a sample file will greatly assist us in addressing the issue as quickly as possible.
