Hi - For the last two months our pdfs are saving with the wrong created/modified and accessed dates.  They are all 01/01/2000.  Our date/time is correct on the computer - has anyone else had this issue? Struggling to find any fix for this but its making it hard to search our documents by date modified.

Many thanks

Long out of support of course. Still, it’s unusual. How exactly do you save? For example: print to PDF, save as in Acrobat, save as PDF in Word...?

I'm having the same problem when saving as Adobe pdf in Microsoft Office.  Installed version of Acrobat Pro is 17.

I am thinking this has become a new and maybe even widespread problem. It happens when I save as PDF from Word (both being latest versions, Acrobat and PDF) and when I print to PDF from Word, and when I save as subsequently from inside Acrobat. This is a helluva problem.

Hi, if it is still an existing problem for some of us...
the problem maybe exists only when saving on external drive / cloud / storage.
If files are saved to the current drive the dates (modified and created too) get back to the correct timing.
The external drive may have its timing clock. Maybe it is helpful to investigate.

I think it is certain is external storage time problem and not Adobe.
Updating the external drive time / date source may solve the issue.
