I share a file for commenting using corporate email, but while they open it they cannot have it and they open via persoanl mail.
why is that so?

If you share the PDF for review, the registered email for the subscription will appear.

Please let us know how you have sent the document for shared comment.
As mentioned above, you sent it using corporate email. Please check the account email address from which you have sent the document for review.
It would be helpful if you could share more details about your workflow to share the document for commenting with others.

I am sharing using Acrobat DC pro to users of corporate mail that may not have pro version, is that okay?
the thing is that they are promted to log in, and if they log in via corporate mail they don't see the document, but when they use personal email, they can see the doc.
but we cannot use personal email for reviewing, it's internal.
