PDF signature only shows first two words

When i convert a file to an Adobe PDF and apply the title signature box to PDF it seems after the person has typed in her title when it has being sent for signature only the first two words appear but my signature and date box seems to be fine it will show up full name and date?

Are you able to provide some more information?

• is this an Adobe Acrobat Form or an Adobe Sign Form?
• In other words, what signing workflow are you using?

I am assuming -- based the fact that your own signature appears as a name and date -- it might be an Adobe Acrobat Form.

• In that case the way the Signature appears, depends on how the person adding the signature has their signature set-up in Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

It is the adobe sign form.

It was working fine before and then all of a sudden it just stopped.

The signature and date sign is fine, it is when i apply the title box and apply the people to write in there title after they have written it in it is only appearing as 2 words. Example DI , only first 2 letters of each title is showing up
