I have new information. The tool I am looking for is called PDF Space. It was so useful to help me understand the article I was reading. I don't understand how to open another article (pdf file) and access the tool PDF Space for that article. I have attached 2 screenshots to show what this tool looks like. Please help me. I'm on a deadline for a thesis. Thank you in advance.

Hi, I ended up getting in touch with the tech help desk at Adobe and a superb tech guy helped me figure it out and taught me how to make it work for me. Thanks for checking in to see if I resolved my problem.
Cheers,

@Tamara_N&T0812 it appears you are on the right track. To open a new article (PDF file) and get the insights it offers, you should focus on the "Files" area on the left side of the screen. Simply drag and drop your new PDF file into the box that says "Drag and drop your file" or click the link that says "or, select a file from your computer" to browse and select it. Once it's successfully uploaded (and doesn't show an "error" like the file already there), the tool should automatically analyze it and give you the useful insights, summaries, and suggested questions you've come to rely on.
That second article, "Shai 2020," into your PDF Space, and it's throwing up a red flag: "File isn't supported." While the PDF might look like a standard PDF, is MIGHT BE likely saved in a format or has characteristics that the PDF Space AI assistant can't currently read. It's often because the file is something like a protected, encrypted, or image-only PDF (sometimes called a scanned PDF) that doesn't have selectable text, which the AI needs to generate its summaries and answers. You can try and maybe your best bet is to convert the "Shai 2020" file to a standard, text-readable PDF. You can often do this using a different tool within Adobe Acrobat (look for an "Optimize PDF" or "Run OCR" tool to convert the image text into selectable text) or use a free online PDF converter/OCR tool. Once you have that new, text-searchable version, upload it to your PDF Space, and it should bring it right into your research hub! Hang in there—you're so close to having everything you need!
