PDF tags not saving

Hi,

I have the latest version of DC Pro. I was using the reading order tool to select items I needed to tag. I right clicked and select "tag as..." and the appropriate tag, but when I saved the document, the tags weren't there. I tried saving under different names, using different docs, restarting, etc. Am I doing something wrong or is this an issue with Adobe?
