PDF thumbs not working

Hi!

Recently I had to format my note and reinstalled all stuff, but PDF thumbs just stopped working

I checked "Enable PDF Thumbnail previews in windows explorer", enabled on windows explorer too, also my PDF files are associated with Acrobat DC already. 
Thumbs from jpgs and other stuff shows normally, just PDF is not working

Acrobat DC is updated, just re-checked, what it could be?

Ill piggy back this too as ive recently updated my system....

Exporting from indesign, printing as pdf from word doc, exporting from PS as pdf don't show any thumbnails in explorer, however the document is shown in the preview pane.

If, in PS, i save as .pdf, then i see the thumbnail image.

I gave up and used a third party app, PowerToys, you can tinker with those thumbs options, since adobe do not really care about this topic

well, ive got fastpictureviewer codec installed (for psd thumbs)....things were working, and now its a mess...i think ill reinstall and try again
