pdf to dwg format

Hi all,

I'm trying to convert a vector pdf to autocad dwg. The file isn't scanned, but an autocad export to pdf. The consultant won't give me the original autocad dwg. 

I'm on Windows 10 and Adobe Acrobat Pro (32bit), 2023.003....blah blah blah

I may have to purchase a 3rd party softwarez...( I don't want to...)

Whatever you want to do with this document, the result will be unsatisfactory. You will never get back a satisfactory Autocad drawing. You did make your contracts wrong. You should have asked for the Autocad files, not for the drawings.

Google for it and try the different services you find.
