PDF to Excel conversion

I need help here, when I convert PDF to excel. Formating gets copied, I can see table however content inside excel cannot be read..it shows some unreadable characters

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20470 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
 

Please share the screenshot  of the issue for more clarity. Also, a small video recording of the steps you are doing to export the PDF to excel would be very helpful as It could be the issue related to fonts, when the required fonts are not properly embedded into the PDF file or not present on your computer or you may not have the required rights to use the font.
