PDF to PPT losing font via API, but works fine in Adobe Acrobat

Hi Team,

I have a process that needs to convert a large number of PDFs to PPTs. When I use the Export PDF to PPTX option via the desktop app, it works perfectly. However, that's a very manual process. I've got most of it working via Power Automate, but the API connector seems to lose font type when converting between PDF to PPT. Is that just a limitation of the online/batch version? The font in question is Century Gothic.

Thanks!

Do you mean your font changes to a default (like Arial, Times)? Microsoft Power Automate?

This would be question for the them. Do they use an Adobe API for conversions?

Remember, fonts embedded in a PDF need to be installed on your system, for them to show up and be editable in a PPT. More likely, you'd probably get a default font instead. This is probably what is happening with your online approach.
