Hello All, I am trying to convert a PNG file to PDF using Adobe Pro DC. After converting to PDF, I convert it to word document. Now, when I try to read the lines in the word document, it is not possible to read them sequentially as it is formed as boxes and they are not in left to right, top to bottom order. For example: when i move the cursor it reads fews word in the first line and then jumps to second line and read few words. Then it moves back to first line and read few words. Can you please let me know how to resolve this issue so that when i move the cursor it should read from top to bottom, let to right. Thanks, Satish

I am assuming you used Recognize Text on the PNG once you converted it to PDF, and then Saved as Word document?
PDF to Word conversion results vary based on the source files. For example you'd see a better result if the PDF was created from a Word document and then converted back to Word.
Starting with an image will give a different result.
Are you able to share the PNG? So that we can see if there are settings that might work better (and also share what settings you used thus far).

Hi Cari,
Thanks very much for your answer. I am not able to attach the input .tif file as it is not allowing me to attach it as an image. Please let me know if I can send it to your email address. Your help in this regard is highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Satish
