Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks!

Hi @Nyxx-

Hope you are doing well.

Are you using the Acrobat web browser plugin to open files on the browser? Or is it opening in the Cjromes inbuilt pdf viewer?

Try Zooming out from the chrome setting. If that doesn't make a difference, then,

Do reader this helps the article to understand which browsers support Acrobat/Reader to display pdf in browser https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/display-pdf-in-browser.html

Thanks,

Akanchha

I have the same issue. It looks like the person from adobe support is trying to get us to NOT view acrobat in our browser.

Why can't adobe tell us how to fix the issue rather than just saying "don't open them in browser"?

In chrome (on Mac)

Go to view
Select "Actual Size"

Two steps for me: go to the 3 dots in Chrome, select zoom. Hit + until the tiny ribbon is the right size for you. Then close that. The PDF is giant now. Just use the Ctrl + or - sign to resize the document

Thank you, Christian33673966ookf, that solved it. Much appreciated.

This is what it looked like before the fix.

I had the same problem today. I remove Acrobat from my Chrome extension, and then reinstalled it again. The preview is back to normal. Hope this helps.
