PDF will not open the link

Hello, 

I would like to ask you for your help. I created a page in Illustrator with one hyperlink. Everything works pretty good. However my college is not able to open it on any laptops and it says that the file is not able to open it. 

on my laptops it works. 

Do you know where it can be a problem?
