PDF with embedded links

Can't open the link!  I designed a flyer in CANVA, downloaded it to Acrobat Reader, and the embedded link works there.  Once it's attached to an email, you can't access the link.  What am I doing wrong?  I receive emails with flyers with links enabled, and I would like to do the same.  I'm new at this, thanks!

Are you opening the file inside a browser? If so, the issue is with whatever PDF plugin is used in your browser, most likely.

No, opening in the email itself.  The document is attached there, but when testing the cursor hovers over the link but doesn't engage; can't open.  I've attached the document so you can see for yourself.
