This morning I am unable to print a pdf. I followed the instructions on the help page, but this did not solve the problem. It is not an issue with the printer because I can print from other applications. I also updated my drivers.
I need help fixing this problem. Is there no way to contact support?

What is your OS and version? What is your Acrobat and version? What is the error message?

I am having this problem as well. Can't print pdfs from my MAC. Get a message saying
"The document could not be printed, kindly use our help page to troubleshoot," and when I close that box, it says "
There were no pages selected to print,"while down below on both pages, it says
"Please wait while the document is being prepared for printing," but nothing prints.
Can print pdfs from my iPhone files. Can print all non-pdf documents on my Mac. Have done ALL the Help suggestions for this problem except the Pre-Flight option. Trying to print from Image doesn't work because the whole "Advanced" section is greyed. I'm on a version that says "Continuous Release/Version 2023.008.20423." I've tried both New and Old Reader. I trashed my Reader app and downloaded it again. Nothing.

Oh, and my OS is Sonoma 14.1.1

I also restarted my MAC multiple times, and turned my printer, an HP Office Jet Pro 8720, on and off several times.
