Hello. How do I remove the attachment list when using PDFMaker to convert an Outlook email to PDF? Conversion settings are set to "Do not include attachments in the Adobe PDF" and yet it still lists the attachments despite not really having any attachments. Please see image below. The image00....png's are already embedded and are converted within in the email but the "Attachments" list in the email headings still shows and is ridiculously too long and these are just email signatures! I am resorting to just printing (instead of converting) to PDF just to not show the attachment list. Thank you for your time and any input.

Hi @JSmitty,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.
I was not able to reproduce the issue on the latest version (2024.005.20xxx). Would you mind trying this version and letting us know if the issue is fixed?
Thanks,
Souvik

Sorry for the late reply. I was using 2024.005.20xxx. I am now using version 2025.001.20xxx and still having the problem. It doesn not happen to all emails with images, just most of them. Probably has something to do Outlook. It happens when I "Convert to PDF." I do not have the same problem when I just print to Adobe PDF but I lose the email and web links the email. Oh well.

++ Adding to the topic,
Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
Also, which version of Microsoft Office are you on?
Sounds to me more like a compatibility issue with the Acrobat PDFMaker Office COM Addin and your version of Microsoft Office (just a guess)
What happens if you manually uninstall and reinstall the COM Addin?

Hello. It happened in Windows 10, and is still happening in Windows 11.
Outlook - Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2402 Build 16.0.17328.20794).
I have uninstalled and re-installed the COM Addin and also deleted my Outlook data file. It's still the same.
Happens to most, but not all emails.
