Hello All,
A couple of coworkers with Adobe Acrobat Pro (024.003.020180) installed on newly upgraded Windows 11 machines are no longer able to open several PDFs from links in the Service Desk tickets on Jira Software.
They are getting this message:
One of the coworkers uses Firefox and the other uses Edge. In Firefox, at least, there is the option to download the PDF and then she can open it with Adobe.
I feel like I am missing some setting adjustment here. Any suggestions are welcome.

This is a PDF Portfolio. It's possible some non-Adobe viewers don't know how to handle it. So yes, you need to save it and then open it using Adobe Reader for it to work properly.

Thank you for your response, @try67 , but this issue started only after the latest Adobe update. Our coworkers have been using Acrobat Pro for years to open these links. What's weird is that not everyone is having the problem - just a handful of them.
A thought just occurred to me that I really should have thought of before: I need to see if the coworkers can access the pdf when using another computer....that way I can be sure of whether it is an issue with the laptop or with the software.
I'll report back.
