Our work team have been having issues printing PDFs where random letters and symbols appear only at the top of the page, making the important documents we print unusable. Please see the attachment for a visual example.
The issue does not occur every single time we print PDFs, but seems to be intermittent. It has only started occurring from late February, but is persistant and still ongoing.
We have determined that it's not the printer as we have printed from another printer and had the same issue occurr, so it was established that it could be a bug in a recent Adobe update that happened at the end of February.
I looked at the recent Adobe update notes and this issue was not listed as being fixed. Is there a way to permanently prevent this from happening? This morning it printed 15 pages with these random characters and that's 15 more pages that have now been wasted due to this issue.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Are these random letters only appearing at the top of the printed page with rest of the content correct or does the whole content of the page is printed with the random letters?
Please try the steps suggested below and see if that works:
1. Select Print
2. In the print dialog box, select Adobe PDF and then Properties.
3. In the Printing Properties dialog box the tab should be Adobe PDF Settings
4. Uncheck the box next to Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts
5. Select OK
Let us know how it goes.
