Perfis de comprovação

Estou com uma instalação nova do Acrobat e não aparece nenhum perfil de comprovação.
Já reinstalei o programa e não resolveu.
Alguma ajuda???

Sorry for the delayed response and troubled experience. 
If you are still experiencing the issue, please ensure you are installing Adobe Acrobat, not Reader. Also, try uninstalling Acrobat using the clear tool: https://adobe.ly/4htYst5;

If the issue persists, please let us know and share the OS details and Acrobat version you are trying to install.

Já fiz o procedimento, desinstalei o Acrobat Pro usando a ferramenta de limpeza citada, instalei novamente a versão mais recente do programa, mas o problema persiste. Antes usava a Comprovação sem problema nenhum, abria a aba perfis Essenciais, selecionava "converter fontes em curva" e pronto. Tudo funcionava bem. Agora, nas últimas versões, a caixa de diálogo "Comprovação" aparece vazia, sem nenhum perfil ou biblioteca padrão.

Já fiz de tudo. Já desinstalei o Acrobat Pro, limpei todos os rastros do programa, usando a ferramenta de limpeza da Adobe. Reinstalei o programa pela terceira vez, mas não resolveu. Continuo sem opções para otimizar meus PDF's. Se alguém souber uma forma de instalar esses Perfis de Comprovação manualmente, compartilhe, por favor.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind trying the steps:

Go to Preflight-> click the dropdown to select Acrobat DC 2015 Profiles-> then check?

This worked for me.
