Perpetual product activation issue

My previous computers were destroyed and so I cannot deactivate them in order to install them on my current PC.

I have followed the threads provided and none resolve the issue.

I don't know which threads you followed, but the ONLY way to do this (for a perpetual product) is to contact Adobe and ask them for an "activation count reset". Did you do that?
