Please Help! Problem with installation Adobe acrobat 2020

Hi,

I have a problem installing Acrobat Reader 2020. An error message appears. see the attachment. Does anyone have experience with this and a solution. It is an official license that I have purchased

I hope you are doing well.

 

Please reboot the machine once, ensure you have all the mandatory and optional updates for the operating system, and reboot the machine again. Then use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove any corrupted files or incomplete installations. Restart the machine, and install Acrobat 2020 Classic from the URL.

Note: Verify that your system meets the minimum requirements for Adobe Acrobat 2020: https://adobe.ly/42trbbT

Right-click the installer file and select "Run as administrator" to ensure it has the necessary permissions to install correctly. Temporarily disable any antivirus software during the installation process, as it can sometimes interfere with the installation.

Thank you for providing the additional context. What is the version of the current Windows OS installed? 

The error message you're encountering is related to Windows. Please make sure you have installed all mandatory and optional updates. Check for any pending updates, install them, restart your computer, and then try the suggested steps provided earlier. If the issue persists after following all these steps, please create a test user profile with full administrative rights, and install Acrobat 2020

Hi, Thanks for the mail. I have removed everything from Adobe incl. registry cleaning. I ran the installation again and somehow the installation worked then. I can't explain it but it works fine now. Apologies for the late response.
