Please Help - Unable to save a pdf in Acrobat Pro

Steps to reproduce: 

1. File | Save <or> Save As

2. Select a directory, specify a filename

3. Click Save

4. The Save window closes, But no file is created

I've uninstalled / re-installed

I've deactivated my device, and reactivated.

Does this happen with all directories, or just with specific paths?

I managed to get it working by installing an old 2022 version, and it continues to work after being updated. 

Definately something wrong with the software, reproduced this on two different laptops.
