Please could you add a very simple way for organizations to be able to depoly Adobe Acrobat using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
Ideally it would be in the Microsoft Store for easy installation.
Alterntatively have a single small .msi that can be installed as a Line of Business app in Intune. This msi would be a bootstrap that downloads the whole application.

In Our company, Adobe Reader DC was installed by Intune.
If you can't install , please teach install command and distribution condition.
In our case, two paramater change
1) install command
2) distribution condition

Sorry OP, this comment won't fix your issue. The process you have described is identical to my own journey.
We have managed to get it to install albeit it listing as failed within the Endpoint Manager Portal. Once the user logs into the software the features are removed and the word reader now appears in the title. I knew I should have insisted on using the 32 bit edition.
Here's our intune install command: setup.exe /sAll /rs /rps /msi /norestart /quiet EULA_ACCEPT=YES
If anyone at Adobe is reading this, please see if you can get this process improved upon. Having an aweful MS experience isn't going to make us use Macs. Also, Nitro is starting to get some usage in this space doubling the amount of pdf writing software we need to maintain.
