I've had this problem once before & a full scrub. Then reinstall fixed it..I think? I can't remember! I just tried the regular unistall & reinstall, but I think I run to a scrubber program first???
Apparently there are no agents? & I can't find their hours anywhere, I have a deadline I need to meet. Somebody please help me...lol

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing, as well as share a sample file, please?

Please share a screenshot of the issue you are getting and the Acrobat version you have on the machine.
You can use Acrobat cleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html) to clean uninstall and then try reinstalling the application.
