Popup comment appears even though I have enabled 'Hide comment popups'

Hi,
1. I have enabled 'Hide comment popup when comment list is open'. But still every time, comments pop up. How can I disable it?
2. Whenever the cursor goes over a comment, the comment pops up. how can I disable it?
3. When I try to select text and comment, there is a popup over another popup and I cannot see what I am typing. How can I disable it?
I want to be able to create a comment without a pop up (comment list is not a problem).
This is very frustrating. Please help.

Hope you are doing well.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://adobe.ly/3JKaGze , Procmon logs (Win Only)  https://adobe.ly/3wiKMzi and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
