Gracias

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
Please share the steps you do to send the document for signature. Are you sharing by attaching documents in email or using Acrobat Sign?
It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot of both the document you send and the one recipient receives.
Does this happen only when the recipient opens the document via the mobile application?
Share the application and OS version used to open the document for signature by the recipients.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Thank you very much for responding to my cry for help.
To help you understand better, we use Adobe Acrobat's electronic signature (attached screenshot).
The document we send is a normal PDF with no further complications. As it is a contract, I am sorry I cannot attach it. As for seeing the behavior on the receiver, I can't help, as it has happened to us with some. Approximately 10% of the recipients. That is why we have suspected that it has to do with the configuration of the mobile as we have confirmed that the recipients have used the mobile to sign the document.
I can not tell you the operating system with which they open, we send with Windows. I doubt very much that the recipients have Adobe on their mobile, they open the document through the mail and I understand that with a link they get to adobe to sign the document.
The curious thing, and I repeat, is that the document appears translated into English when we only have the Spanish version.
