Possible to Open Acrobat directly to Fill & Sign tool via url?

Is it Possible to Open Acrobat directly to Fill & Sign tool via url, something similar to opening to a specific page. If not, is it possible to do via registry? Currently using a modified "acrobat:" protocol reg key to get other behaviours I need.

Why?  I'm pretty sure files can be send directly to the fill and sign server with an HTTP PUT. You don't need Acrobat.

Thanks, I don't have a fill and sign server. Not using Adobe cloud services.
