I have the same question. I have AI turned off completely, becuase why in the great green **** would I want AI in Acrobat? (Or pretty much anywhere else, but I digress.)
The same banner pops up for me every time, telling me that a 4-page PDF of mostly images and diagrams is "long" and needs a summary. Please help me disable this garbage.

@MRobertson_NC so, are you saying even following the instructions as pr 'solution,' the pop-ups are still happening.
Under the same preferences, did you go through the other pop-ups dis-able?

I turned those features on and then back off again, and the summary no longer shows. Kindly disregard.
Still have less than zero use for AI in Acrobat, though. Not that Adobe cares. Or reads these comments, so again ... disregard.

Hi @MRobertson_NC,
You can disable summary banner on top of the document by unchecking the option in Edit > Preferences > Generative AI > Show AI Summary Bar on top of the document
Thanks,
Vinod
