Possible to show more field groups based on input in another field?

I'm an extremely novice/basic Acrobat user, so I don't even know how to search for what I'm trying to or if it's even possible in the first place.

I've created a simple form with a group of fields for:
Name
Username
Bio
Age
Gender
Location

What I would like to be able to do, is have users first input at the top a number of accounts (e.g. 3), and then be presented with that many groups of fields in the form with the above fields.

Is this possible? If so, where can I teach myself to do this?

It's possible, but not simple. The easiest way would be to create those fields in advance and then show/hide them as needed. Another option is to create a Template page with those fields and then spawn copies of it as needed, but then each group will be on a separate page.
