Potential for Dynamic Text Fields

I'm guessing I already know the answer but I'm trying anyway. I have service agreements for my employer that I am trying to set up as form fillable. The employees using them prefer a paragraphical format using a justified alignment which means they abhor the extra spaces that have been showing when they input a string of characters too short for the form space. They also cannot accept the filled forms being anything but the same size as the rest of the text so no auto sizing of the text. I have every web app from Extract to PDF Services to Firefly and all the desktop apps from Pro, to Photoshop Express to Premier Rush. Using any of the Adobe online or desktop apps, can it be possible to make a text field expand horizontal, not vertical, when the inserted text becomes to long for the field? I would be fine with a vertical expansion but my coworkers are most definitely not.

If you're referring to PDF files, only if you use XFA forms, for which you'll need AEM Forms Designer, which you probably do not have, as it's a very specialized (and very expensive) piece of software.
