PPT to PDF - Loss of Image Resolution/Crispness

I am currently using Acrobat Cloud.

When creating (save as or print to) a PDF file from PowerPoint, I am finding where images lose their clarity and/or become darker.  I have read in other threads to change the "Accessibility" settings, however this does not appear to be the cause of the issue.

My org is currently blocking me from uploading.  Examples of issues experienced below.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  If so, how did you resolve?  Lowers the quality/professionalism of the presentation.

- Light Grey's become Dark Grey's

-Bright Blue & Green's become dull

Hi Glenn

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20085 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Is this a behavior with a particular file or with all the files? Please try with a different file and check.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the rot account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Also, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html and see if that helps.

You may also try to create the PDF via the Document cloud link  https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/ppt-to-pdf/?group=group-convert and see if that helps.

Regards

Amal
